about available spec houses, available lots, house styles, options
and building specs.
- Buyer to obtain pre-approval letter from your preferred lender.
- Review a Purchase & Sales Agreement with Realtor.
- A decision will need to be made on which home style, lot and
options best suit your needs and budget. At this point,
you’ll need to sign the Purchase & Sales Agreement
and provide a non-refundable deposit.
- Interior selections such as kitchen and bathroom countertops,
cabinets and flooring should begin. Homes by Paradise personnel
are always available for your assistance.
We start building! Your beautiful custom home will be ready in 4-5
