Peter ParadisePresident
Peter Paradise was born and raised in Western New York. He moved to Southern New Hampshire with his family in 1987.
Peter has 25 years of building experience from on-site supervision to managing and overseeing multi-million dollar projects. While president of a busy corporation he continues to make time to personally inspect each new home prior to handing the keys to the new owner.
His motto has always been to build each new home as if it were his own.

Amos WhiteVice President
Amos White, originally from Gloucester, Massachusetts, moved to Nashua New Hampshire in 1974. He now resides with his family in Hollis, New Hampshire.
His career in Real Estate Development began in 1976 and he takes great pride in the team of professionals who have put together the neighborhoods and thousands of homes he has been involved with. According to Amos “Our people are our most valuable asset!!”
His interests range from hiking, skiing, sports, snowmobiling and his work.
His life time goal is to preserve as much of New Hampshire’s open space as possible.

Derek GlerumProject Manager
Derek Glerum has lived in Southern New Hampshire all his life. A recent college graduate, Derek holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and is also a Certified Green Building Professional.
His career at Homes By Paradise began in 2001, working during the summers as a laborer. Now he is project manager at Groton Woods and oversees day to day operations in all areas of the field.
Derek strives to deliver an efficiently managed job site, while maintaining superior quality.
Derek was heavily involved in the development of this website and enjoys taking on new challenges.
Some of his hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, canoeing, and being outdoors.

Zach ParadiseSite Supervisor
Zach is currently a site supervisor at Groton Woods. Zach has been a valuable asset for the company and takes a hands on approach to his management style. Some of Zach's responsibilities include managing subcontractor schedules, ensuring inspections are complete and timely, and delivering a high quality home.

Todd Santerre is responsible for fine tuning all of our homes and making sure they are in perfect working order for our valued customers. Not only does he prepare the homes for our new customers, he ensures their longevity and maintain them through our home warranty program. Todd brings over 20 years of construction experience to this valued position.
